Pricing & packages

A price that calibrates to you.

No off-the-shelf plan. Your price hinges on four honest questions: how big your context is, how much leverage sits in your role, how deep the system goes, and how much of it we build together. Three clear modes, transparent starting prices, every number defensible.

The from values shown are reference figures for a larger company (size-1.0 reference, team lead). The configurator calibrates in both directions: smaller and solo contexts sit below (down to ×0.6), corporate groups and higher levels above (up to ×1.1 and more). Work out your exact corridor below and pin it down with us in the intro call.

Focus Setup

One agent, three steps. Your first Tomo for one concrete, recurring workflow. The fast, focused entry — ideal for proving the value on a real use case.

from 1,400 € (pilot) · regular from 2,000 €

Full Installation

Multiple workstations, five phases. An orchestrated system of specialists with one main agent conducting. For everyone who wants to walk the path all the way to stage 4.

from 6,600 € · senior programme up to 28,000 €

Work out your corridor

Four choices, one corridor.

No algorithm, a configurator: choose depth, size, level and delivery mode. The corridor is an honest orientation value — we pin down the exact price together in the intro call.

1 · Depth how big the system is
2 · Size context / complexity
3 · Level leverage in the role
4 · Delivery mode how much we build
Research preview price (pilot)−30 % for the first engagements. Instead of the credit, not on top.
Your corridor
Focus Setup · 1 agent
An orientation value, not an offer. Maturity level “idea” — corridors are calibrated on the first paying engagements. The final price always rests on a conversation.
−30%

Research preview

The first engagements get the pilot price. The deal is honest: you get the price, I get the case study — not “cheaper because it’s unripe”.

40%

Credit-on-Contract

40 % of your Focus Setup counts toward a later full installation (upgrade within 6 months). Not a discount — a prepayment.

Success criteria up front

We agree on 2–3 measurable criteria before we start, e.g. “the agent runs solo for two weeks without intervention”.

Pilot or credit, never both. Either the research preview price (−30 %, for the first engagements) or credit-on-contract (40 % applicable), never both together. The credit only comes with a Focus Setup bought at full price — it then acts as a prepayment on the full installation, not a discount.

Optional · full installation only

Maintenance retainer

Light-touch care that keeps your system alive: small adjustments, new workflows, an ear for what’s changing. Follows the level curve.

✦ What you’re really buying

You’re not buying a system that replaces you.

You’re buying one that keeps your hand on the conductor’s baton. The hard approval gate is part of the price: nothing leaves the system without your sign-off. The value isn’t measured in time saved, but in attention for what really matters.

Questions about the price

Straight answers about the money.

Why is there a pilot price?

The first engagements get the research preview price. The deal is honest: you get the price, I get the case study — not cheaper because it’s unripe.

What does credit-on-contract mean?

40 % of your Focus Setup counts toward a later full installation, if you upgrade within six months. Not a discount — a prepayment.

What does ongoing care cost?

Optional and only alongside the full installation: a maintenance retainer that follows the level curve, from 330 to 500 € per month for working students and employees up to 1,650 to 2,400 € for the executive board.

Is the corridor a binding offer?

No. The corridor is an honest orientation value, not an offer. Maturity level “idea” — the corridors are calibrated on the first paying engagements. The final price always rests on a conversation.

Let’s pin down your corridor together.

No pitch, no pressure. In the intro call we sort out level, depth and mode — and whether “Your own Tomo” is a fit for you at all.
